Extraordinarily long wait times + communication problems

Having waited nearly two months for a 5 minute telephone conversation! Hence, I was disappointed that Dr Steven Leong was not prepared to phone me on my mobile phone when the landline call guardian didn't connect him to me. Dr Leong is an excellent physician and I need his help. It is a waste of everybody's time trying to phone the practice at ANY time. Please advise what I am to do following long covid hair loss, bowel incontinence, at least one heart attack, bladder mass and renal artery stenosis. I just need a repeat of the hospital prescription from my discharge notes!!!
